Personal Data Protection Policy
This policy describes how SYMPLAX s.r.o., operating under the Togetthere Estate brand, processes personal data of visitors and prospective clients at togetthere.info/guaranteed-plus. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

2. What data we process
When you submit the contact form or contact us via WhatsApp or email, we process:
- first and last name,
- phone number,
- email address (if you provide one or request a sample contract),
- property address (street and city district),
- preferred cooperation model and the content of your message.
When you visit the website, technical data is also processed automatically (IP address, device and browser type, cookie data) — see section 7.

4. Retention period
Data from inquiries is kept for the time necessary to process the request and follow-up communication, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. If a contract is concluded, retention periods are governed by the contract and statutory obligations (e.g. accounting and tax rules — typically 10 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients and processors
We may share your data with the following categories of recipients, strictly to the extent necessary for the stated purposes:
- FRGO.SK — licensed real estate partner, for real estate and legal procedures,
- IT and hosting service providers (website, email, form operation),
- analytics and communication tool providers (see section 7),
- accounting and legal advisors,
- public authorities, where required by law.
Transfers outside the EU
Some analytics and security tools on our site are operated by Google (Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC). Their use may involve transfers of data to third countries, in particular the United States. Such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework to which Google is certified.
6. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right:
- of access to your data and a copy of it,
- to rectification of inaccurate data,
- to erasure of data (the "right to be forgotten"),
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing),
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Requests are handled at alex@togetthere.info. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
7. Cookies and analytics tools
The site uses strictly necessary cookies (for basic operation) and — only after you give consent via the cookie banner — analytics and marketing cookies. Specifically, we may use:
- Google Analytics 4 — site traffic and behaviour measurement. Loaded only after consent is granted.
- Google reCAPTCHA — form anti-abuse protection. This tool transmits data to Google and is not a strictly necessary cookie; it is used on the basis of legitimate interest in security, or your consent.
- Consent management tool (cookie banner) — stores your cookie choice.
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the cookie settings on the site.
8. Providing data is voluntary
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but necessary for us to contact you and prepare a quote. Without contact details we are unable to handle your request.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page together with its effective date.
