Yes. That's what guaranteed rental means. The contract is explicit: you receive the agreed amount monthly, regardless of occupancy.
First from the deposit of 2× monthly rent. Beyond that — insurance up to €400,000. If even that's not enough (it hasn't happened in our practice) — our liability under the contract.
Yes. You sign the contract electronically. Payouts to any account, including foreign ones. Reports by email + client portal. Legal matters handled by FRGO.SK.
We assess each apartment's potential before signing. If we're not sure — we honestly suggest the percentage model instead of guarantee. The guarantee is our responsibility, so we only take apartments we're confident about.
You pay as the owner at the Slovak rate. Payouts officially through our company. Documents for the tax return automatically. Help with filing — Togetthere's separate accounting department.
