Description of the property

A multifunctional complex with a predominant residential function was to replace an older administrative building with two apartment buildings, thereby densifying this transforming part of Petržalka. However, in 2019, plans changed. The land owner Metro a.s. withdrew from the contract with a private investor and decided to transform the project into rental housing. The residential complex will be built in two phases, the second phase was the subject of a change in the zoning plan. Part of the development will also be the solution of parking for the prospective TIOP Einsteinova. Currently, the first phase is completed.
