We present a year-round habitable recreational cottage located in the picturesque area of Bolešov, within the Biele Karpaty Protected Landscape Area, next to Gilianka. An asphalt road leads to the cottage, maintained in good condition throughout the year. The wooden interior, fireplace, covered terrace, and water view create an ideal setting for family recreation in any season.
The cottage layout includes a basement with an entrance hall, boiler room, and three storage rooms. The main floor features a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The attic floor consists of a hallway and three rooms. The cottage is connected to electricity, natural gas, public water supply, sewage, and internet (Orange). There is a new private well with drinking water, central gas heating with radiators and a fireplace, and two TVs.
In 2012, the cottage underwent a reconstruction, including the roof, windows, doors, kitchen, and bathroom. In 2021, copper electrical wiring was installed in the basement, and an alarm system was fitted. In 2023, a new gas boiler connected to the internet was installed. The land under the cottage is leased from the urbariat for 30 years with the possibility of extension. Accessibility from Bratislava is approximately 139 km, or 1 hour and 20 minutes by car, mainly via the D1 highway to the Nemšová/Dubnica nad Váhom exit.
