The reconstruction in 2017-2020 included a complete replacement of the electrical network and heating systems, radiators and a Wiessmann condensing gas boiler, new sanitary ware, Italian and Spanish ceramic tiles for bathrooms and kitchen, roof insulation and graveling, new wooden floors in all bedrooms and the kitchen, restoration of original oak parquet in the living room, restoration of interior doors, new triple-glazed euro windows in the orange color of the original aluminum blinds, new entrance doors (2x), a new covered swimming pool 7.5x3m with salt water and technical facilities, a 6x4m terrace made of Siberian larch, granite paving and wooden benches outdoors, a terrace awning (2023), a carport and an automatic remote-controlled gate, a wood shelter. During the reconstruction, only traditional materials – stone and wood – were used, building on the legacy of the architectural design and the generosity of the original building.
