This brand-new apartment is ideal for those who appreciate peace and order. We are looking for a tenant who will care for it as if it were their own home.

The total area of the apartment is 52.5 m², complemented by a spacious 12.5 m² balcony. Situated on the 5th floor, the apartment benefits from abundant natural light. Both the living room and bedroom offer access to the balcony, which provides a park view. The building is part of a block featuring a private atrium, exclusively accessible to residents. The atrium offers a relaxing space with raised beds for growing herbs and vegetables. A communal bicycle storage cage is also available in the shared garage.
