Description of the property

Originally, it was supposed to be an administrative project by the developer HB Reavis, which would have been a continuation of the already built first phase of the Forum Business Center, located in an exposed location near Bajkalská Street, one of Bratislava's main traffic arteries, and on the edge of the transforming post-industrial zone Mlynské Nivy. In 2024, the new owner presented an updated plan, counting on the development of housing and architectural modifications. In 2025, he confirmed this plan and renamed the project to LiVY.
