Description of the property

FinReal go offers for sale a family house-bungalow with a separate garage, terrace, gazebo with a summer kitchen, gazebo with a sauna and jacuzzi, and an outdoor covered swimming pool in the center of the village Slovenský Grob on Obchodná street.
The family house was approved in 2008, and the extension to the family house was approved in 2021. The gazebos were built in 2021.

House Layout:

Construction and Technical Solution:
Foundations - concrete strip foundations with horizontal waterproofing. Vertical load-bearing structures - masonry from fired bricks 380 mm thick, insulated with a 150 mm contact insulation system. Horizontal load-bearing structures - the ceiling structure above the ground floor is an assembled reinforced concrete structure. Roof truss structure - wooden purlin system, collar beam.
Roof - sloping gable roof, insulated with Bramac covering.
Flashing structures - copper, gutters, and downspouts. Exterior surface finishes - synthetic plaster, with partial ceramic facade cladding.

Garage:
It is a brick, non-basement building with one above-ground floor and a sloping gable roof, founded on strip foundations measuring 9m x 6m. The masonry is made of brick blocks. The roof truss structure is wooden, the roofing is Bramac, and the flashing structures are copper. Interior plasters are smooth lime, exterior plasters are made of synthetic materials with plinth cladding. The electrical installation is for lighting. The garage door is plastic, sectional with automatic drive. The window and door are wooden. The floor is concrete with an epoxy cast layer on top.
