We present a fully reconstructed three-room apartment spanning 71 m², located on the 4th floor out of 4 in the Ľadovňa district. This residence offers exclusive views of Jahodnícke háje and the Medokýš stream, flowing just five meters below the balcony, providing direct access to nature. The apartment includes a spacious brick cellar with an area of 17.5 m².

The interior is designed in a unified style, featuring solid oak wood and high-gloss white lacquer. The U-shaped kitchen, with a wide countertop (90 × 80 × 60 cm) and an integrated pantry wall, is seamlessly connected to the living room. All furniture is custom-made, emphasizing the unique design.

The reconstruction was carried out by the owner with exceptional attention to detail and quality, without budget compromises. All interior elements were replaced, including partitions with steel lintels (based on a static assessment and with permits), four custom-made solid oak interior doors, and a Sherlock security and fire-resistant entrance door. The balcony features electrical outlets and lighting, and the toilet includes a bidet shower. The bathroom boasts four niches with LED backlighting, doors made of frosted tempered glass, and epoxy grouting. Heating pipes are concealed within the walls, rooms have illuminated curtain niches, and there are 64 electrical outlets strategically placed on every wall on both sides. The balcony is enclosed with a frameless glazing system.

Being on the top floor offers numerous advantages: no noise from neighbors above, no dust or ash on the balcony, and the ability to barbecue peacefully without disturbing others. The entrance is very quiet, and the neighbors are pleasant. Paid parking spaces are available in front of the building.

The price includes all custom-made built-in furniture: an entrance hallway unit, a hallway unit leading to the toilet and bathroom, a chest of drawers and wardrobe in the bedroom, a 180 × 200 cm bed, a TV cabinet, a living room table, two bar stools, an interior ladder, four floating shelves, a 90 × 180 cm mirror in a wooden frame, and a solid wood windowsill on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances: a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, and microwave.
