The house is connected to public water supply, electricity, and gas. Heating is provided by a gas boiler with central heating and radiators in all rooms. Wastewater is directed to a septic tank, with the option to connect to the municipal sewage system.

The total area of the sold plots is 739 m². The property is registered under LV č. 29, k. ú. Bánov, free from mortgages and foreclosures. A right of way easement for access to an adjacent property is registered on part of the plot.
