LAYOUT:
The ground floor of the house consists of an entrance hall, 3 rooms, a separate kitchen, a separate toilet, and a large bathroom with a corner bath. The attic is accessed via a spiral staircase located in the kitchen and stairs from the ground floor gym, which is not accessible from inside the house, but only from the outside (it can be connected to the house, or in the case of multi-generational living, left as an entrance to the second attic part of the house).
