We offer for sale a renovated family house directly on the square of Banskej Bystrice with an access road and private parking. First Floor (1NP): Up the stairs, we reach what is essentially a 4-room apartment, which you can remodel according to your preferences. We will gladly leave you some of the materials and equipment we purchased for the renovation to complete. The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa, a wardrobe, a desk, and a TV with a chest of drawers. After moving to the second part through the truss, you enter a large dining room and a spacious kitchen; the kitchen is equipped with a complete kitchen unit and an electric stove with a hob, next to the kitchen, a backup electric boiler is built into the wall, which can function to heat water in case of increased consumption. Under the staircase in the center of the room, there is a bathroom with a toilet in its original condition.
Second Floor (2NP): Up the wooden staircase, we reach two rooms, which can function as bedrooms, or as an office and a children's room; they represent beautifully lit spaces thanks to the roof windows. Between these two rooms, there is also an entrance to the attic, which is located on the 3NP (third floor) and represents a large storage space.
The family house represents an investment opportunity for advantageous family living, as well as potential passive income for an investor.
