I am selling a modern, fully furnished, two-room apartment in Senec on Slávia Street. Quiet newly built location near a park and lake. Building approval 2018.
Usable area: 59.97m2 (apartment area 52m2 + balcony 7.97m2). Balcony facing the housing estate, not the road. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. The apartment building has common areas that serve as a bicycle storage room. The entire apartment building is protected by a camera system.

Layout: Living room connected to the kitchen. Custom-made kitchen unit with built-in appliances and dishwasher. Separate bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with shower. Hallway with built-in wardrobe. In both rooms there are large French windows, screens on the doors. The apartment has electric underfloor heating with its own thermostat in each room. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler, which is located in the bathroom. Low monthly costs. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Info for photos: Some photos are from before the rental. I didn't want to photograph the tenants' current personal belongings, e.g. in the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a possibility of a pallet bed, or I also have a classic one stored, which I would leave there, currently the tenants have their own. The other rooms are in the same condition as when handed over for rent and as they would be when handing over the apartment. If you are not interested in keeping some parts of the furniture, an agreement is possible.
