Family house – new building 5 km (6 minutes) from the spa town of Piešťany in the village of Sokolovce (before the village on the right) and 10 minutes from the town of Hlohovec. Low-energy, above-standard 4-room family house in the shell and core stage. Possible to complete to the standard stage. The final building inspection is currently underway. Since the photos were taken, recuperation has been completed, air conditioning has been installed, which is already included in the price of the house, sockets and switches have been installed.

The house is built in the new part of the village with an asphalt road, on a flat plot of 494 m2. The house is single-story with a total floor area of 135.16 m2.

Good access to the towns of Piešťany and Hlohovec. Very nice environment, it is a corner house with only one adjacent house on the right side, where there is only one window from the bathroom. Field from the back, view of picturesque hills from the other side. No densely built-up development area. Nothing will be built on the back side in the future either. The orientation is designed with regard to the possible future construction of a swimming pool, and the terrace with garden is on the sunny side of the plot. This also contributes to high heat gains from solar radiation in the winter months. The base plate is reinforced concrete, the perimeter walls are made of ceramic brick with a thickness of 30 cm, the screeds are cement, the facade of the house is insulated with 15cm EPS, in the interior part the walls are gypsum plaster (bathroom and toilet lime-cement) and the ceilings are plasterboard insulated with mineral wool, all windows and the entrance door are plastic with insulating triple glazing in anthracite color from the outside, the roof of the house is flat, insulated with EPS with FATRAFOL waterproofing.

The heating is provided throughout the house by electric, underfloor heating. There is also a gas connection directly on the plot, from which a gas pipe is led to the technical room. In case of request, it is therefore sufficient to install a gas meter and a gas boiler. In the living room, a chimney is designed and pre-prepared with the possibility of adding a fireplace insert and heating with solid fuel as well. The house also has preparation for a heat pump, which we can supply, install and arrange a subsidy at our expense. Recuperation is included in the price of the house. Furthermore, the house has preparation for external blinds, a security system, a camera system and air conditioning. We can ensure and install it at our expense for a very favorable price considering the already implemented preparation. The RD also has a built and already roofed terrace. Parking is designed on the plot with the possibility of closing the gate, with space for at least 2 cars. Possibility to add a carport or garage. Possibility to build a swimming pool. Thanks to the flat roof, it is possible to install PV and solar panels with ideal orientation and maximum energy gain. The house is connected to electricity and water, the sewage is discharged into a treatment plant.
