We offer for sale a rural family house in the village Dobra Voda. The house, with a usable area of 79 m2, has 3 rooms and is located on a plot with a total area of 1010 m2.

The reconstruction of the house has begun, and its current condition is visible in the photos. The original plan to use the house for weekends has changed due to a lack of time to complete the work.

A new water connection has been made in the house, and water pipes and new waste are prepared in the bathroom. A sewage connection has been built. In the yard, there is a new cable in the trench for electricity connection, a hose for gas, and conduits for a potential optical internet connection.

Currently, the house has functional electricity and gas. The house is heated by gas heaters (gamatky), and there is a fireplace stove in one room. In the future, it is possible to heat with fireplace stoves in every room, as well as to use a stove for solid fuel, gas, and electricity in the kitchen. Heating with radiators and a condensing boiler was originally planned. The house has three chimneys.

The property also includes a yard of 166 m2, of which 2/3 is owned, and the remaining 1/3 belongs to the neighboring house. Access is via common land. Both the house and the land are in exclusive ownership, free of encumbrances. The neighboring house and the share of the yard are uninhabited. There is a possibility to purchase an additional 19 ares of land in the future.

Further reconstruction can also be arranged according to requirements, including new electrical wiring, complete heating, plastering, and bathroom completion.
