Description of the property

Intention to build a new multifunctional district in the so-called Fourth Quadrant, a part of Bratislava between the current Petržalka development and the state border with Austria. The project currently has a zoning decision and the first houses also have building permits. Once completed, it should be the first 'creative' and carbon-neutral district of Bratislava, where up to 15,000 people will live. The intention includes the application of various experimental urban planning concepts, including 'woonerf' zones, i.e. housing in low-rise buildings in traffic-calmed streets.
