Description of the property

The continuation of the multifunctional Klingerka project will be built on the site of the former Gumon factory, on an area characterized by a significant environmental burden. The future multifunctional development is intended to create a transition between the high-rise buildings of downtown and the original Klinger colony with low-rise houses. At the end of 2023, the rebranding of the project, which will be called Downtown Yards, was announced. It will be implemented in two stages. The first will create residences, the second an administrative dominant.
