I offer you a long-term rental of a brand new five-room family house directly in Bytča! The new spacious house offers living in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to nature and at the same time excellent access to the city center or the highway!

The above-standard family house is built of brick and offers two full floors. The house is connected to electricity, water, sewage and fiber optic internet. Heating is provided by underfloor infrared heating, which is individually adjustable for each room. In addition, the windows have external remote-controlled blinds, which you can use to achieve evening privacy or protection from the sun's rays. In the house you will also find wiring for the Internet and for the security system. A big bonus is the already installed air conditioning in every room. Although it is a terraced building, each of the houses has separate walls, which are additionally separated by polystyrene for better thermal and sound insulation. As mentioned above, it is the end house of a terraced building, which offers more privacy and a larger garden area compared to other houses.

The layout of the house is very well designed. Upon entering, you will find yourself in a spacious hallway, with a separate toilet on the right.
