Property with a stunning view of Bratislava, located on a slope directly below the forest in the Carpathians in Rača. It is located in a cul-de-sac between Zvončeková and Potočná streets.

The property is in a state just before completion. All administrative tasks are eliminated because the building has already been approved and has been assigned a registration number. It is necessary to complete the exterior finishes. A new access road has been built to the property.

The construction was carried out using premium materials and was created with maximum regard for ecology and connection to nature.

The perimeter walls are built with a double log construction and the most modern STEICO wood fiber insulation. The entire building structure is diffusion-open, which creates an ideal indoor climate, so you will always feel comfortable in it. The perimeter walls as well as all partitions are made of fermacell material, which has several times higher load-bearing strength than drywall.
All windows are large-format (from floor to ceiling) aluminum in the most modern passive standard.
Heating is underfloor throughout the house with a separate temperature controller for each room. Air conditioning with a 5-year warranty and service included in the price is also installed throughout the house.
