The house in the rough construction version includes the land, building and zoning permit, house project, electricity, water and sewage connection (concrete septic tank 12 m3), road, foundation slab, perimeter walls, partitions, roof, roofing.

Shell and core - 209,000
Shell and core version (includes rough construction and more) windows (triple glazing), internal lime plaster, switches and sockets, plasterboard ceilings, water and electricity distribution, finished facade in the color according to the project. Leveled terrain around the house, Fencing (wire mesh and hornbeam boards)

Standard - 266,000
We can provide the Standard version outside the project by the company Nario from Púchov.

The construction of the house in the Standard version (includes shell and core and more) floors, interior doors and frames, bathroom and toilet tiling, sanitary ware, kitchen and appliances, furniture and much more, as in the visualization.

The layout of the house and garden is designed with maximum emphasis on practicality. You will find space for relaxation, a small playground or a swimming pool. Excellent access to the town of Dubnica n/V, Tr.Teplá, Nová Dubnica, Nemšová. Quiet living in a quiet part, good access to the highway.
