Description of the property
Redevelopment of an entire city block, which once housed the Bratislava thread factory (BCT), also known as Cvernovka. The developer acquired the area in 2015, since when they started preparing a new project. This includes housing, offices, shops and, in a smaller form, culture. Most of the original buildings have been demolished, the Spinning Mill (NKP) and Silocentrala buildings are preserved. An architectural competition was held for the project, which was the first private project verified by the Slovak Chamber of Architects.
