Description of the property

The mixed-use project was built on a long-term undeveloped plot on the border of the Prievoz district and the Ružinov housing estate. The project was accompanied by controversies, as the former developer Greefin had long sought to increase it. As a result, construction was very slow. The obligations were later taken over by a new investor.
