Description of the property

One of the most extensive development projects in Slovakia in recent times is the construction of an entirely new district on the southern edge of the built-up area of the Petržalka district, in the area called South City. Sunflowers are divided into three basic parts. The first part, Viladomy, represents a more extensive building between the road leading to Rusovce and Čunovo and the Danube dam. The Kopec part will be built west of this communication, the Mesto part with a more massive and denser urban character will be built between Panónska cesta and the railway line. It is expected that after the completion of the entire project, approximately 9,000 inhabitants will live here.
