In front of the building there is a loading ramp for trucks and a reduced loading ramp for vans.
The warehouses are accessed via a loading ramp. The warehouse spaces have shared social facilities.
The premises are suitable for use as a warehouse or for small production. In winter, without heating, the temperature is approximately 10 degrees and in summer max. 25 degrees. It is possible to add heating.
