We offer for rent a spacious 3-room apartment on M. Sch.-Trnavského 22 street in Bratislava – Dúbravka.
LAYOUT:
The apartment area is 83m2 + 17m2 loggia + 2m2 cellar. The apartment is located on the highest 14th floor with a beautiful view of Kamzík. The loggia is fully glazed, oriented to the quiet eastern side. The bedroom is oriented to the south side. The apartment underwent a partial renovation in the second half of 2022, which included a completely new kitchen with appliances. The apartment consists of a spacious entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, living room and 2 other separate rooms.
The apartment building underwent a complete renovation in October 2025 - new loggias, complete insulation, roof, completely renovated common areas, new elevators (including a large one). Photos of the loggia are from the state before the renovation.

In the case of traveling by car, the highway exit is 1 minute away. With its location and amenities, Dúbravka is one of the most popular locations for living in Bratislava. It offers a lot of greenery, many schools and kindergartens, playgrounds, sports fields, etc. You are in the forest within 10 minutes on foot.

There is a large parking lot with sufficient parking spaces under the apartment building and in the surrounding area.
