Family house in semi-seclusion in the beautiful surroundings of Kopanice – Moravské Lieskové, part Brestové
We offer for sale a 3-room family house situated on a large sunny plot of 1151 m² in a quiet environment of Kopanice, in semi-seclusion in the village of Moravské Lieskové – part Brestové. The house has wooden floors in the living rooms, there is tile flooring in the corridors and in the bathroom. There are also wooden doorframes, plasterboard ceilings in the bathroom and corridors, and solid wooden ceilings in the other rooms. The kitchen unit is solid with built-in appliances including a dishwasher. The whole house is equipped with modern LED lighting and electrical and water supply lines have been completely replaced. Electrical wiring is prepared for the installation of photovoltaics. An alarm is also part of the house.
The house is built of rammed earth, which is ecological, blocks electrosmog and maintains a pleasant climate even during hot weather. Next to the house is a landscaped yard with raised beds for growing vegetables.
There are farm buildings on the property including a workshop, summer kitchen, wood shed, garage and chicken coop.
The location is located above the village of Moravské Lieskové – part Brestové, only 2 km from the main road in the village.
