Family house in semi-seclusion in the beautiful surroundings of Kopanice – Moravské Lieskové, part Brestové

We offer for sale a 3-room family house situated on a large sunny plot of 1151 m² in a quiet environment of Kopanice, in semi-seclusion in the village of Moravské Lieskové – part Brestové. In addition to the main plot, it is also possible to use the neighboring plots. The built-up area of the house is 168 m².

Layout of the house: the entrance glazed corridor in the shape of an L leads to the kitchen, the interior design of which is the work of the Sediarosa studio under the leadership of Ing. Arch. Edita Cimrová, which includes a dining room, master bedroom and living room. From the hallway there is access to the bathroom with toilet and children's room. The second entrance, which is currently covered by a bookcase, leads to the "summer kitchen", which has a separate toilet and laundry room.

The house has wooden floors in the living rooms, there is tile flooring in the corridors and in the bathroom. There are also wooden doorframes, plasterboard ceilings in the bathroom and corridors, and solid wooden ceilings in the other rooms. The kitchen unit is solid with built-in appliances including a dishwasher. The whole house is equipped with modern LED lighting and electrical and water supply lines have been completely replaced. Electrical wiring is prepared for the installation of photovoltaics. An alarm is also part of the house.

The house is built of rammed earth, which is ecological, blocks electrosmog and maintains a pleasant climate even during hot weather. Next to the house is a landscaped yard with raised beds for growing vegetables.

There are farm buildings on the property including a workshop, summer kitchen, wood shed, garage and chicken coop.

The location is located above the village of Moravské Lieskové – part Brestové, only 2 km from the main road in the village. The village has approximately 2500 inhabitants and offers complete civic amenities including a doctor, elementary school, post office and shops. The surrounding nature of Kopanice provides a peaceful and quiet environment suitable for hiking, cycling and relaxation.

Access is provided by a paved road, which is maintained in winter.
