Description of the property

With the consent of the owner, we offer for sale a family house with potential in the village of Rumanová:

The two-room family house is located in the wider center of the village of Rumanová, near the Park in Rumanová, which ensures direct contact with nature and opens up the potential for using the property for recreational (active recreation) purposes.

The original construction of the family house was completed in the 1940s, and since 2009 a complete interior renovation has been gradually carried out (lowered SDK ceiling throughout the house, new heating system including a new gas boiler, storage stoves, bathroom equipment, kitchen, partial change of layout, floors, plasters) and partial exterior renovation (windows and entrance doors replaced with plastic ones), insulation of the perimeter walls was carried out, a new terrace was built (so far without a roof).
