The "Na výslní" project offers living in 4-room bungalows with gardens on south-facing plots. In preparing the project, we placed great emphasis on fine-tuning the concept of layouts and orientation to cardinal directions. Large glazed areas and clean lines with a touch of minimalism ensure the timelessness of the project and excellent interior lighting. The use of quality building materials is a matter of course.

The family houses are delivered in a shell & core stage, with the option of finishing to a standard stage through the interior design studio Nario s.r.o. The true warmth of home is provided by underfloor heating with an air-to-water heat pump, complemented by the romantic mood of a fireplace. To truly show that we care about you, the shell & core price includes the delivery and installation of laminate flooring and interior doors. If you are interested in completing the house to a full standard, we offer cooperation with our partner interior design studio Nario, which has prepared two price variants for you, including visualizations with the option of ordering furniture and built-in wardrobes.

Each family house has a retention tank on its plot for collecting rainwater from the roofs, which can be used for utility purposes in the family house (toilet, garden irrigation).
