We built the house to serve multiple generations even after us, so we emphasized the quality of the materials used. The house consists of two parts: The original part (after complete renovation) + a new build. They are connected by a large entrance hall. The room layout allows for a full private life. The front part features 2 identical bedrooms measuring 4.2 x 4 m, a spacious living room, a bathroom with a large shower, an entrance hall, and 2 storage rooms. The new build includes a huge living room connected to the kitchen and dining area measuring 9.2 x 7 m, a large pantry measuring 3 x 2.77 m, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a bathroom measuring 4.55 x 3.97 m with an infrared sauna and a bathtub, a toilet (Geberit), and a bidet. The bedroom and living room have solid Nordic wood flooring. The kitchen features Italian ceramic tiles. The kitchen is DANKÜCHEN brand (matte, jasmine color), with a built-in BOSCH dishwasher, an ELECTROLUX steam oven, and an ELECTROLUX gas hob with 5 burners. You will be convinced by the quality of the materials used and the abundance of practically designed storage spaces. A powerful extractor hood with lights, controlled by a remote, is built into the ceiling. This part of the house features large ceiling LED lights with remote control (brightness, white-yellow light). All materials were chosen to be easy to maintain and aesthetic, but first and foremost, quality and longevity were prioritized. Technical solutions: The original part is after a complete renovation. The floors were completely dug out, and the house is properly insulated from below. The northern part is insulated both in the ground and externally, and there is also a drainage pit. There is no risk of dampness or mold. The masonry is dry and healthy. All utilities, plaster, and the plasterboard ceiling were completely replaced. Everywhere there are plastic windows, insect screens, external roller blinds in the front, and internal blinds.
