Family house in a secluded area amidst beautiful countryside – Moravské Lieskové, časť Brestové
We offer for sale a 3-room family house situated on a spacious sunny plot of 1151 m² in the peaceful countryside, in a secluded area in the village of Moravské Lieskové – časť Brestové. In addition to the main plot, adjacent parcels can also be used. The built-up area of the house is 168 m².
The house has undergone a complete and sensitive renovation using ecological materials, including wood fiber wall insulation (16 cm STEICO) and blown wood fiber insulation in the ceiling (45 cm). The roof is hip, with a wooden structure and aluminum roofing with downspouts. The house features wooden floors in the living rooms, while the hallways and bathroom have tiles. Furthermore, there are wooden doorframes, plasterboard ceilings in the bathroom and hallways, and solid wooden ceilings in other rooms. The kitchen unit is solid with built-in appliances, including a dishwasher. The entire house is equipped with modern LED lighting, and both electrical and water distribution systems have been completely replaced. Electrical wiring is prepared for photovoltaic installation. An alarm system is also part of the house.
The house is built from rammed earth, which is ecological, blocks electrosmog, and maintains a pleasant climate even during hot weather. Next to the house is a landscaped yard with raised beds for growing vegetables.
On the property, there are outbuildings including a workshop, summer kitchen, woodshed, garage, and chicken coop.
