Description of the property

An extensive multifunctional project will be built on the site of the previously planned development Mlynské Nivy Košická by HB Reavis. After its takeover by the current developer, an international urban planning and architectural competition was announced, and a new solution was selected, which, in addition to offices, also includes housing. The winning concept was named Urban Oasis, which refers to the presence of a park in the courtyard. Part of the project is also a pair of office buildings, Chalupkova Offices, which were taken over from Mlynské Nivy Košická. The project is subject to a change in the zoning plan, which anticipates an increase in the proportion of housing and an increase in the height dominance. The table presents the considered height of the tower after the change in regulation.
