We offer six spacious apartments for rent in one building, located in the popular and quiet area of Bratislava – Ružinov (Trnávka). Each apartment has an area of approximately 69m² and is fully furnished, ready for immediate occupancy. Three apartments face the sunny south side, while the other three are oriented towards a quiet area away from the main road. Thanks to their location and layout, the apartments are ideal for short-term rentals (from 1 to 12 months), and each has a different number of sleeping places.
Layout and equipment: spacious living area with comfortable seating, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a dining table, separate bedroom with a double bed and storage space plus additional sleeping for 2 to 3 people, bathroom with a shower or bathtub, separate toilet, air conditioning and heating in one unit. Each apartment is completely furnished – just move in. Parking is available around the building.
Location: Quiet part of Trnávka with a pleasant community atmosphere. Within walking distance are: public transport (buses, trams), Avion Shopping Park, Ikea, letisko Bratislava, schools, kindergartens, grocery stores, services. The city center is only 3.5 km away.
Availability: Available from December 1st, 2025. Earlier move-in possible upon agreement. Suitable for individuals, couples, or companies. A security deposit is required. For short-term rentals, a minimum 1-month deposit applies. The price includes internet connection and utilities, fully furnished.
