A spacious 4-room apartment with an area of 92 m2 is offered for rent. The apartment has been freshly renovated. It consists of a large entrance hall, living room, bedroom, 2 additional rooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, a toilet, and a small loggia. All rooms have separate entrances from the entrance hall, with the exception of the bedroom, which is accessed through the living room. As part of the current renovation (2026), the apartment was freshly painted, new interior doors were installed, new exterior security doors, new radiators, new flooring in the hall and kitchen, and a new carpet in one room. The electrical circuit breaker box was replaced, all electrical outlets were changed, and new light fixtures were purchased for 5 rooms. A new gas stove with an electric oven and a new refrigerator with a freezer were also purchased and installed. During the previous renovation (several years ago), the external plastic windows were replaced, plastering was done in all rooms, the bathroom was renovated, the kitchen unit was replaced, parquet flooring was laid in the living room and carpets in 2 rooms, and the washing machine was replaced. Apartment furnishings: The living room includes a sofa, armchair, coffee table, desk with a chair, wardrobe, and a shelf unit. Due to its size, it is possible to move a bed from the bedroom into it if needed. Izbe 1 contains a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, a bed, and an armchair. Izbe 2 contains a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, a shelf unit, a bed, and an armchair. Spálňa contains wardrobes and a bed. Its furnishing can be agreed upon. A multi-member family can bring their own double bed. If the tenants are single individuals, we can furnish the room with a desk and a chair. The kitchen includes a gas stove with an electric oven, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and basic dishes. The kitchen has a table with 3 chairs. A washing machine is located in the bathroom. The apartment has internet with WIFI. The apartment is located on the 1. poschodí (2. podlažie) of a 5-story bytového domu. The bytový dom has undergone two renovations (the second is currently being completed), during which the building was insulated, an additional upper floor with a new roof was added, internal hot and cold water and gas distribution systems were replaced, and heating was regulated. The vstupné dvere do domu with a chip key were also replaced, and new výťahy were installed. The vchod bytového domu is quiet, with only 10 apartments in the entrance. We prefer long-term rental, suitable for non-smokers and without pets.
