A 7-room family house with a usable area of approximately 325 m2 and a plot of 561 m2 in the village of Malé Leváre is offered for sale. Layout: The ground floor of the house consists of an entrance hall, 3 rooms, a separate kitchen, a separate toilet, and a large bathroom with a corner bathtub. The attic is accessed via a spiral staircase located in the kitchen and stairs from the ground floor gym, which is not accessible from inside the house, but only from the outside (it can be connected to the house, or in the case of two-generational living, left as an entrance to the second attic part of the house). The attic has 4 rooms (one with access to the terrace, some rooms are walk-through) and a smaller bathroom with a shower and toilet. Below the house there is also a smaller vegetable cellar, located under the fitness room. Entrance to it is from the veranda.
