Description of the property

FinReal go offers for sale a 7-room family house with a usable area of approximately 325 m2 and a plot of 561 m2 in the village of Malé Leváre. The house was built in 1926 and completely renovated in 2001 and 2011. The property features a large 15x4m swimming pool with a roof and filtration system. The house can be entered from multiple entrances, and together with the extensive attic, it can serve as multi-generational living. The house also includes an outdoor grill on the terrace, a smaller brick vegetable cellar, and a private fitness room.

House and equipment:
The family house is built of fired brick, insulated with Nobasil. The gable roof is covered with aluminum sheet roofing. Windows and entrance doors are plastic with nets and external aluminum blinds. Layout:
The ground floor of the house consists of an entrance hall, 3 rooms, a separate kitchen, a separate toilet, and a large bathroom with a corner bathtub. The attic is accessed via a spiral staircase located in the kitchen and stairs from the ground floor gym, which is not accessible from inside the house but only from outside (it can be connected to the house, or in the case of multi-generational living, left as an entrance to the second attic part of the house). The attic has 4 rooms (one with access to the terrace, some rooms are walk-through) and a smaller bathroom with a shower and toilet.
