We offer for sale a detached 5-room single-story, partially basement family house in a quiet part of the village Nižný Hrabovec, Vranov nad Topľou district. The house is built on a flat plot, which in the rear part transitions into a gentle slope. The property was constructed in three stages. The front two rooms, entrance hall, and bathroom were built between 1948–1950 using double solid brick with an air gap. The ceiling consisted of beams, boarding, and formwork with a clay screed. The kitchen and walk-through room were constructed around 1955 using slag concrete blocks (homemade production). The ceiling was beamed, with boarding, formwork, and slag concrete. The rear tract was built between 1967–1972 using aerated concrete, with a beamed ceiling, boarding, formwork, and slag concrete. The roof is gabled with sheet metal covering. Plastic windows are installed in the front part. The flooring in the house consists of: classic floorboards in two rooms, beech parquet in the rear tract, and screed with an aerated concrete base in the middle. Ceiling height is 270 cm. Heating is provided by a gas boiler. Water heating is by an electric boiler. The house is connected to public sewage, water supply, and the internet. The plot also features a woodshed, a building for keeping domestic animals, and a garage. The house is suitable for a larger family or for living combined with business activities. An advantage is the decent distance of the building from the boundaries of neighboring plots and the separation of the utility part from the entrance. The orientation of most rooms is south.
