We sell a 4-room apartment in original condition in a panel apartment building, 3rd floor/5, on Tranovského street 24. The apartment is spacious with variable possibilities to change the layout. Size of the apartment 75 m2 plus loggia 3.5 m2. The cellar with an area of 4.5 m2 is rather a room with a large plastic window, which offers the possibility to create a workspace (with electricity, without water).
