We offer for rent a fully furnished 3-room apartment with a parking space, in the modern Skybox complex on Pajštúnskej ulica in Petržalke. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and features an oversized loggia accessible from every room. The total area of the apartment is 68 m² + 17 m² loggia + 4m² cellar. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, a children's/guest room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment includes a cellar storage unit and an underground garage parking space.
The apartment is rented fully furnished, ready for immediate occupancy. For your comfort, air conditioning, TV, internet, and a large sofa bed are available. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower. The separate toilet is equipped with a Japanese electronic system (bidet). A professional home office corner with an electric height-adjustable desk and an ergonomic chair has been created in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher and basic kitchen accessories. Storage spaces include a built-in wardrobe in the hallway, storage units in the living room wall, and in the bedroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a make-up table. The second room is currently furnished as a children's room, with the possibility of conversion into a study or guest room upon agreement (option to change the bed).
The Skybox project offers a full range of services directly within the complex: groceries, pharmacy, services, Packeta. Within walking distance are Lidl, Tesco, Petržalská tržnica, Kaufland, and Draždiak lake.
