It is located on the 2nd floor out of 8 in an apartment building with a spacious modern elevator. The entrance door has been replaced with a new, security one.
The apartment, with an area of 70 m², is situated in a quiet location with excellent access to the city center. The surroundings are very well equipped with amenities – nearby there are grocery stores, a tram stop, a sports complex with a newly built training hall, a fenced dog run, a kindergarten, and a primary school. Parking in the area operates via the PAAS system, and we can assist with obtaining a resident card.
