The apartment is located in a guarded complex on the 11th floor. Entry is through a security door from the hallway into a small antechamber with a coat rack and shoe cabinet. From here, there is access to a separate WC and a spacious, pleasant bathroom, which includes both a bathtub and a large shower. An automatic washing machine is available in the bathroom.
The living room is connected to a sufficiently large kitchen and is brightly lit by large windows and balcony doors leading to the loggia. The apartment is quiet and allows for undisturbed sleep, despite the building being in the center of Ružovej doliny and close to all types of public transport (MHD).
A lockable brick cellar, located on the 3rd floor of the building, belongs to the apartment. All sports and other items can be stored there, and it is also suitable for storing bicycles.

The location is excellent due to its close proximity to the lively Staré mesto as well as the relaxing green zones of Ružinova.
In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is a market, as well as parks for children, cycle paths, Štrkovec lake, shops, a swimming pool, a kindergarten, and a school. The comfort of the day can also be enjoyed in any of the cafes and restaurants located around the building.
