We offer for rent our 2-room apartment in the wider center of Bratislava. The apartment is located on Šancová ulica, in the new building Premiére. The apartment is on the 17th floor and offers breathtaking panoramic views of Staré mesto, hrad, Slovenský rozhlas. It consists of a living room connected to the kitchen, a loggia (from the living room), a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. All rooms in the apartment are non-walk-through. The furniture throughout the apartment, including the kitchen, was custom-made from high-standard materials, and all appliances and sanitary ware are premium brands. In the entrance hall, there is a large built-in wardrobe. In the bedroom, with a beautiful view of the greenery from the balcony, you will find a high comfortable bed with storage space, bedside tables, and a large corner wardrobe. The kitchen is connected to the living room. It is fully equipped, all appliances are built-in (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave). Everything is in elegant black and natural oak colors. The kitchen seamlessly transitions into a spacious living room with a large corner sofa (the sofa can be unfolded and also has storage space). Additional storage space is offered by the living room furniture. In the summer months, the air conditioning will pleasantly cool you. From the living room, there is access to a large loggia, where you can enjoy the wonderful view all year round. In the bathroom, in addition to the bathtub and sink, you will find a washing machine and dryer, as well as additional storage space (a tall built-in cabinet and a cabinet under the sink). Cleaning products can be easily hidden in a discreet tall cabinet in the toilet. The entire apartment has electric blinds, which can be conveniently controlled by remote control. Each room has its own controller. The apartment is very bright, which we could not capture well enough in the photos due to the weather at the time of shooting. Hassle-free parking is possible next to the building (PAAS), or in the underground garage of the building by long-term rental of a parking space. The apartment area is 48.5m² + 7.8m² loggia. We prefer non-smokers, without pets.
Apartment Building: The multifunctional project Premiére, approved in 2020, offers modern living in a 23-story building with high-standard services. It includes a 24-hour reception and three underground parking levels. On the 6th floor, there is a garden accessible to all residents of the building. One of the benefits for residents is the possibility to use the playground of the Beskydská kindergarten.
Location: The Premiére building is located on Šancová ulica in Staré Mesto with complete civic amenities and excellent transport accessibility. By car, you can quickly get anywhere you need via Šancová. The Katpatská public transport stop is right next to the building, Račianske mýto is a 3-minute walk away, Hlavná stanica approximately a 10-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity are Park Račianske mýto, tržnica Žilinská, the fountain on Námestí slobody, prezidentská záhrada approximately 10 minutes away. By bus, you can go directly to hrad or Kolibu. There is also a direct connection to letisko. The area around the building has many restaurants, cafes, shops, kindergartens, and schools.
