In just two days, you’ll explore the key districts of Bratislava, visit the best apartments, houses, and new developments, and receive expert advice on taxation, mortgages, and legal matters.

The tour price (€600) includes accommodation in a 4★ hotel or an equivalent apartment, round-trip transfer from Vienna or Bratislava Airport, and the organization of up to 10 private property viewings. If you decide to purchase a property through us, the tour cost will be deducted from the final commission.

    Ten days before your arrival, our team analyzes up to 30 listings and creates a personalized selection of 8–10 properties that best match your criteria. All properties are pre-checked and confirmed with you in advance. You can also send us listings you’ve found on your own that you’d like to include in the tour.
    4. Property Tour Execution
    During the two-day tour, you’ll visit the selected properties accompanied by our company representative. We’ll introduce you to different districts, infrastructure, property prices, and investment opportunities, and provide consultation on taxes, mortgages, and residence options.
    5. Decision and Full Deal Support
    If you choose a suitable property, we provide complete transaction support — document verification, negotiations with the seller, and full legal handling of the purchase. A pleasant bonus — the full tour cost is deducted from our commission when you buy a property.
