The apartment building from 1984, where the apartment is located, has undergone a comprehensive renovation in recent years: insulation of the building envelope, replacement of staircase windows with plastic ones, insulation of the roof structure, replacement of all risers, revitalization of common areas (painting and new floors, new aluminum entrance gates), and installation of a new elevator.
