We offer for long-term rent a partially renovated older spacious family house. It is located in a sought-after quiet area near the forest, in the very center of the Nitra – Párovské Háje district, with good access to the city. A public transport stop is approximately 80 meters away. Behind the house is a large garden with an area of over 1000 m2.
The house consists of 2 above-ground floors. The living area of the house, approximately 140 m2, comprises 5 rooms + a separate kitchen with a pantry. The entire ground floor is used as a basement with 4 rooms (utility room with laundry, boiler room, and a large open space).
The house is rented fully furnished as shown in the attached photos (older kitchen unit, older furniture, 2 built-in wardrobes in the hallways, new fridge with freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, 2 TVs, washing machine). Interior wear and tear is commensurate with age and previous use.
The house is uninsulated and has plastic windows. Heating is provided by a brand new gas boiler. Water heating is ensured by a new 160-liter boiler. The house is connected to public water supply and sewage.
A great advantage is the location itself. The house is less than a 3-minute walk from the forest. Almost in front of the house there is a small children's playground, and a larger multi-functional playground is also nearby.
