The apartment is rented furnished, Wi-fi is included. The apartment is air-conditioned, there is an air conditioning unit in each room. The rental price includes a parking space in the underground garage.

Surroundings of the apartment building:
Arboria is a modern urban district with lots of greenery, sports fields and playgrounds. It offers complete civic amenities including schools and kindergartens, shopping centers are nearby. The location offers excellent access not only to the center of Trnava, but also to the D1 highway.
