Family house - new building 5 km (6 minutes) from the spa town of Piešťany in the village of Sokolovce (before the village on the right) and 10 minutes from the town of Hlohovec. Low-energy, above-standard 4-room family house in the shell stage. Possible to complete to the standard stage. The final inspection is currently underway. Good access to the towns of Piešťany and Hlohovec. Very nice environment, it is a corner house with only one adjacent house on the right side, where there is only one window from the bathroom. The base plate is reinforced concrete, the perimeter walls are made of ceramic brick, 30 cm thick, the screeds are cement, the facade of the house is insulated with 15cm EPS, in the interior part the walls are gypsum plasters (bathroom and WC lime-cement) and the ceilings are plasterboard with insulation with mineral wool, all windows and the front door are plastic with insulating triple glazing in anthracite color from the outside, the roof of the house is flat, insulated with EPS with FATRAFOL waterproofing.
Heating is provided throughout the house by electric, underfloor heating. There is also a gas connection directly on the plot, from which a gas pipe is led into the technical room. In case of request, it is therefore sufficient to install a gas meter and a gas boiler. In the living room, a chimney is designed and pre-prepared with the possibility of installing a fireplace insert and heating with solid fuel. The house also has preparation for a heat pump, which we can supply, install and arrange a subsidy for at our expense. Recuperation is included in the price of the house. Furthermore, the house has preparation for external blinds, a security system, a camera system and air conditioning. We can arrange and install it at our expense for a very favorable price, given the preparation that has already been carried out. The house also has a built and already roofed terrace.
