Possibility to buy an outdoor parking space directly in front of the entrance. It is not a condition, if necessary, it is possible to rent this parking space, or buy it immediately or later.

Info for photos: Some photos are from before the rental. I didn't want to photograph the tenants' current personal belongings, e.g. in the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a possibility of a pallet bed, or I also have a classic one stored, which I would leave there, currently the tenants have their own. The other rooms are in the same condition as when handed over for rent and as they would be when handing over the apartment. If you are not interested in keeping some parts of the furniture, an agreement is possible.
