The apartment has a small cellar. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and we would like to keep it that way. The apartment underwent a major renovation in 2018 - bathroom, toilet, hallway, all doors, complete kitchen. 2022 core renovation.
The location of the apartment is very good, 1 minute walk to the MHD bus stop - in front of the apartment building. And from there only a few minutes to the center, Eurovea 5min., Aupark, etc. Next to the apartment building is a Tesco store, near Lild, post office, pizzerias, clinic, pharmacy, etc.
