It is rented furnished including furniture and large/built-in appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, TV, dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc.) There is plenty of storage space in the hallway and in the bedroom and living room. The apartment has a small cellar. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and we would like to keep it that way. The apartment underwent a major renovation in 2018 - bathroom, toilet, hallway, all doors, complete kitchen. 2022 core renovation.
The location of the apartment is very good, 1 minute walk to the MHD bus stop - in front of the apartment building. And from there only a few minutes to the center, Eurovea 5min., Aupark, etc. Next to the apartment building is a Tesco store, near Lild, post office, pizzerias, clinic, pharmacy, etc.
