The new location has its own private two-way access road with a width of 5.5 m and a sidewalk with a width of 1.5 m, including concrete fencing. Completion of construction in summer 2026.
The price of the property includes complete legal service, provision of all documents (reservation agreement, agreement on future agreement, purchase agreement, geometric plan).
Only the highest quality materials and brands such as Heluz, Wienerberger Slovaktual/Fenestra, Panasonic, Wiesmann (TC) are used in the construction, and the contractual partners are Stavmat, Dek, Stavivo Nové Sady building materials.
