I offer for long-term rent 4 non-adjacent and lockable, partially furnished rooms in a spacious 3-storey family house. The house is located in a quiet part of Karlova Ves near the forest, the tram is within a 5-minute walk.

The goal is to create a friendly community of working people and students, something like in the legendary series Friends – a common living room, evenings with a movie, but also coffee on the balcony when you need to relax.

Rooms for rent:

Room A (smaller, air conditioning) – 440 EUR/month (suitable for one person)

Room B (smaller, air conditioning) – 460 EUR/month (suitable for one person)

Room C (larger with balcony, air conditioning) – 550 EUR/month (also for a couple: 600 EUR/month)

Room D (larger attic, private toilet + shower, no air conditioning) – 500 EUR/month (also for a couple: 550 EUR/month)

Common areas for “our community”:

a large living room with a balcony (for common evenings)

a fully equipped kitchen

3 separate toilets

a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower

a washing machine and dryer

a garage (for one car)

a small garden and cellar

The rent also includes the expected costs of heating and energy. Payment quarterly.
I prefer a contract for at least 12 months.

Bonus: the selected tenant who will help with the management and cleaning of the house will receive a discount on the rent.
